COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE VIA ONLINE DISPUTE SETTLEMENT FOR CONSUMERS (OS):
According to the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution, from 09.01.2016 consumers will be able to settle disputes with companies in connection with online sales or service contracts out of court via an online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform).
If you have concluded a service contract with us, these regulations apply. This is only the case if we are not a tour operator ourselves, but have arranged third-party services for you. This platform is set up and made accessible by the EU Commission.
Please note: According to the EU Commission, the ODR platform will be available to consumers from 15.02.2016.
